Dr. Jyothi Anup

Dr. Jyothi has completed her MBBS from Govt medical college Thrissur in 1997. Also she has Worked as a Lecturer in Ophthalmology for one year in Thrissur Medical College. She completed her master degree in 2002 (MS Ophthalmology) from the prestigious eye institute in South India ,Aravind Eye Hospital Madurai and get experienced in the surgical training & use of all sophisticated instruments used in modern ophthalmic practice. She was instrumental in starting Ahalia Foundation Eye Hospital & i Vision Eye Hospital Koorkenchery along with her husband Dr Anup Chirayath . Besides general ophthalmology she is a practising paediatric ophthalmologist for the last 17 yrs .Well versed in LASIK &Cataract surgery,an expert in topical Phacoemulsification . Currently she is one of the Directors of i Vision Eye Hospital & a visiting consultant in i Vision Eye Hospital Paravattani . Working in i Vision Eye Hospital Koorkenchery for the last 12yrs. She is also in charge of the fellowship programme for cataract surgery in i Vision Eye Hospital and has vast experience in Phaco and SICS training . Presented papers in instruction courses in phaco and SICS, in the state and All India Conference. .
